100 Series All Purpose High Pressure Filter Cartridges

These Facet coalescer cartridges are treated to prevent bacterial growth which could otherwise form on the outer sock. The coalescer cartridges serve the dual function of removing essentially all solids and breaking up emulsions (coalescing) causing large water droplets to form and settle in the sump for periodic draining.

These Facet separator cartridges are treated to repel and block the passage of small water droplets which gravity did not force to settle in the sump. They also serve as a highly efficient solids barrier.

FILTER
To remove solids only from liquid, compressed air or natural gas streams, the 100 Series housing
becomes a filter by using one of the following filter cartridges — LP2, LP10 or LP25. The filter housing
model number is 1A1-S-100 and will include the selected cartridge in the final model number.
Example: 1A1-S-LP2-100.

LIQUID FILTER SEPARATOR
To remove water and solids 2 microns and larger from fuels, oils and other immiscible fluids, the 100
Series housing becomes a liquid filter separator by using one CD6V coalescer cartridge and one SB3
separator cartridge. The separator housing model number is VCS-1D6-1B3-100.

AIR/GAS ENTRAINMENT SEPARATOR
For removing entrained liquids and solids 0.5 microns and larger from compressed air or natural
gas streams, the 100 Series housing becomes an air/gas entrainment separator by using one CD6V
coalescer cartridge and one SP404NCV-1 separator cartridge. The air/gas model number is
3AGB-S-1D6-1404-100.
