MAS Concrete Construction Oil / Water Separators

MAS Series Facet coalescent plates separators are designed to treat hydrocarbon water. These separators can be fed by gravity or pumped. Separation is achieved by physical means, and the units have no moving parts and no consumables. This means no maintenance is needed and operation is free from failure.

Double corrugated MPak® coalescent plates are installed inside of separators. These plates are mounted in modular packs and are provided with an adjustment device against the vessel that ensures that all the flow to be treated passes through the plates. The optimal working range temperature of MPak® plate packs is 4 º to 98 ºC (40 º to 208 ºF).

Each separator of the MAS series can be equipped with adjustable skimmers to withdraw separated hydrocarbons. Optionally, they can also be provided with a storage chamber to accumulate
separated hydrocarbons.
